DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a seasoned Leading Hand or Storeperson to lead a busy warehouse team and consistently meet daily KPIs. You will oversee inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory workflows while maintaining stock integrity and client relationships. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to DHL policies.

Qualifications

• Proven operational experience in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence highly desirable (High Reach / Counter Balance / Double Deep).
• Proven customer-facing experience and ability to deliver excellent service.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders and leadership capability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and warehouse systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team to ensure objectives are communicated and KPIs achieved daily.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory performance.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and timely enquiry responses.
• Ensure stock integrity and adherence to DHL policies and procedures.
• Promote safe work practices and assist with training needs.
