Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support our operations in Australia. You will assist the operations team in achieving daily objectives, ensuring safety standards are followed, and tasks are allocated efficiently.

The role emphasizes effective communication and resource planning to meet SLAs. As part of a global logistics leader, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support onboarding and training, and engage with external stakeholders to uphold DHL

Qualifications

Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics operations.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (Manhattan preferred).
Experience with inbound/receiving processes.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Customer-facing/external stakeholder experience.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Support the team to follow Safety Standards and eliminate risks.
Communicate daily objectives and assign tasks to the team.
Plan resources to meet Service Level Agreements.
Track operational performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Ensure team members are inducted, onboarded and trained to meet DHL requirements.
Conduct performance dialogues with the team and maintain clear communication and engagement.
