Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills in a fast-paced env.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; good MS Office skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and stock control.
• Commitment to HSE, process compliance and improvement.
• Hands-on approach to support operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Wetherill Park Warehouse.
• Plan activities and allocate tasks for efficiency and stock targets.
• Lead and develop warehouse team members.
• Maintain accurate stock control and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate receipt, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage safety, quality focus and site safety meetings.
• Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and data entry.
• Maintain strong customer service and liaise with customers/stakeholders.
