4Cabling is expanding its Perth warehouse operations and seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager. You will lead the WA team, oversee inbound to dispatch, and drive inventory accuracy and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the National Warehouse Manager and requires a practical, hands-on approach with strong safety and process improvement focus. Perth-based, with standard hours and on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the WA warehouse team, allocating work and managing performance.
• Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to achieve safe, accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock controls, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse systems, layout and processes.
• Manage freight providers, equipment, facilities and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide operational reporting.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Perth warehouse operations. Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the team and daily operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled safely, accurately and efficiently while driving strong inventory control and continuous improvement.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Lead and develop the WA warehouse team, allocating work and managing performance.

Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to achieve safe, accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, stocktakes and discrepancy investigation.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and safe operating procedures.

Drive continuous improvement across warehouse systems, layout and processes.

Manage freight providers, warehouse equipment, facilities and housekeeping.

Work with internal stakeholders, provide operational reporting and support hands‑on warehouse activities when required.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current Forklift Licence and a strong commitment to safe warehouse practices.

Proven experience managing warehouse operations and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Sound knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment and inbound and outbound logistics.

Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems and interpreting operational data.

Strong leadership, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.

A practical, hands‑on approach with the ability to improve processes and deliver operational results.
