4Cabling is expanding its Perth warehouse operations and seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager. You will lead the WA team, oversee inbound to dispatch, and drive inventory accuracy and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the National Warehouse Manager and requires a practical, hands-on approach with strong safety and process improvement focus. Perth-based, with standard hours and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and commitment to safe warehouse practices.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations and leading a team.
• Experience with inventory control and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the WA warehouse team, allocating work and managing performance.
• Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to achieve safe, accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock controls, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse systems, layout and processes.
• Manage freight providers, equipment, facilities and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide operational reporting.
