Action Workforce Pty is seeking a reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a busy warehouse handling veterinary products, vaccines, pet food and animal healthcare supplies. The role requires strong leadership and inventory management in a fast-paced setting, with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse management, supervision or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach to work.
• Experience with veterinary products, vaccines or pet food is highly regarded.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
• A current drivers licence and experience using warehouse management systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching.
• Coordinate and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency; manage stock levels and regular stocktakes.
• Ensure veterinary products, vaccines and pet food are stored, handled and dispatched per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment; monitor goods and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Follow WHS procedures and maintain accurate warehouse records.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse specialising in veterinary products, pet food and animal healthcare supplies, including vaccines and other veterinary essentials.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership, organisational and inventory management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay Rate: $37.01 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | Day shifts | 8–10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders.
• Coordinate and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  Manage stock levels, inventory control and regular stocktakes.
• Ensure veterinary products, vaccines and pet food are stored, handled and dispatched in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
  Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and ensure orders are accurate and dispatched on time.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain accurate warehouse records.

About You
