Job summary

Mediquip on the Gold Coast is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our brand-new Stapylton site. In this full-time role you’ll pick, pack and dispatch critical medical supplies for hospitals, clinics and veterinary practices across Australia, helping to keep essential equipment flowing smoothly.

You’ll operate forklifts (LF), unload deliveries, rotate stock and maintain a safe, tidy warehouse. The successful candidate has warehouse or storeroom experience, a current LF licence, the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution or storeroom experience
• A current forklift licence (LF) and a good safety record
• Able to lift and shift heavy stock safely
• Good eye for detail and able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Full working rights in Australia
• Commitment to quality assurance and process improvement

Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday. No weekends, no night shifts.

The Role

You'll be picking, packing and sending out critical medical supplies and equipment for hospitals, clinics and vet practices around the country.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly

• Load and unload deliveries

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders

• Rotate stock, check expiry dates and do regular stock counts

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe

• Pitch in and support the team with other tasks as required

You

You've worked in a warehouse before. You're reliable, you turn up, and you'd rather check twice than guess. You can work on your own, and you'll jump in and help your teammates when it gets busy.

You’ll need:
