Job summary

Pinpoint Personnel Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The role will supervise a team of about 10 staff, ensuring safety, accuracy and on-time dispatch.

You will drive efficiency, manage stock control, and collaborate with transport, sales and other departments while maintaining WHS standards and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing a team of warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Hands-on approach to warehouse management.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Current forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workloads and allocate tasks across the team.
