Job summary

Mining & Project Logistics in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our busy warehouse operation based in Hendra. You will oversee daily operations, inventory control, and a team of warehouse staff, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of freight while maintaining safety and service levels.

The role requires at least 3 years of warehouse leadership experience, strong systems skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a busy warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience with pick/pack operations and warehouse systems.
• Proven ability to drive safety and efficiency in a warehouse.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
