Job summary

Camile & Stone, a Melbourne-based DTC jewellery brand, is seeking a hands-on warehouse leader to run the floor as we roll out a cloud WMS and head into peak Black Friday. You will supervise a core packer team, scale to 10–15 at peak, and own WMS workflows, scanning, and trainer duties.

You will manage daily fulfilment, stock integrity and inbound receiving, while coordinating with customer service on urgent orders and returns. The role is on-site at our Melbourne warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running or supervising an ecommerce/DTC warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with a cloud WMS or barcode-scanning fulfilment system.
• At least one peak season where the floor was your responsibility.
• You build routines, checklists and habits and enforce them.
• Mandarin is a strong plus; role operates in English.

Responsibilities

• Daily fulfilment — pick/pack across a team of 5–15.
• Own the WMS floor — train and become super-user of the new system.
• Manage receiving & stock integrity and accurate putaway.
• Oversee floor QC and flag defective items for returns.
• Ensure peak readiness with onboarding and shift planning.
• Lead a team including a 2IC and experienced packers.
• Coordinate with customer service on urgent orders and returns.

We're a profitable Melbourne DTC jewellery brand growing massively year-on-year, shipping worldwide from our own warehouse on Shopify. We're rolling out a new cloud WMS and heading into our biggest Black Friday yet — and we need a hands-on leader to run the floor.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Daily fulfilment — pick/pack accuracy and speed across a team of core packers, scaling to ~10 to 15 during peak
• The WMS on the floor — become the super-user of our new system: workflows, scanning, and training every packer and casual on it
• Receiving & stock integrity — inbound goods, putaway, stocktakes, location accuracy
• Floor-level QC — defective items get flagged and pulled, never shipped
• Peak readiness — casual onboarding, shift planning, and keeping Black Friday week calm
• Your team — an experienced 2IC and a capable crew who know the products inside out
• Working with customer service — urgent orders, address changes, missing parcels and returns receipting, handled same-day

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years running or supervising an ecommerce/DTC warehouse (fashion, accessories or small-goods fulfilment ideal)
• Hands-on experience with a cloud WMS or barcode-scanning fulfilment system (ShipHero, Peoplevox, Cin7, Unleashed, NetSuite or similar) — you'll help bring ours live
• At least one peak season (BFCM/Christmas) where the floor was your responsibility
• A trainer and standard-setter: you build routines, checklists and habits, and hold the line on them
• Mandarin is a strong plus, not a requirement — like many global ecommerce brands we operate across English and Mandarin day-to-day (our supply chain and parts of our team are bilingual), so Mandarin helps you hit the ground running. The role itself runs in English.
• Comfortable with tech and new tools; we automate wherever we can

THE OFFER

$85,000–$100,000 + 12% super, depending on experience. Full-time, on-site at our Melbourne warehouse. Reports to the Head of Operations. Join before peak, make your mark on our biggest quarter, then help shape the warehouse as we scale.
