Job summary

Healthyworld Pharmacy is building a new eCommerce warehouse in Windsor, Brisbane, and seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager to set up and run daily operations. You’ll pick, pack and ship on the floor with the team, ensuring accuracy and smooth flow from receipt to dispatch.

You'll finalise the fitout, establish layouts and systems, recruit and train staff, and manage stock across multiple product ranges and online stores using Shopify, Cin7 Core and Starshipit.

Full time | Monday to Friday | On-site, Windsor QLD

We're building a new eCommerce warehouse operation from the ground up in Windsor, Brisbane, and we need someone who can help set it up properly and then run it day to day.

This isn't a desk-bound management role. You'll be on the floor picking, packing and shipping alongside your team, especially in the early stages, while also being accountable for the standards, systems and people that make the whole operation work.

About the business

We're an online retailer running two established eCommerce businesses out of a 350sqm warehouse in Windsor. You'll be managing stock and fulfilling orders for both, which means keeping two separate product ranges and order sources straight and accurate day to day.

What you'll be doing

• Helping finalise the warehouse fitout and setup, layout, shelving, workflow, systems
• Running daily pick, pack and dispatch operations across both online stores.
• Being hands-on on the floor every day, picking and packing alongside your team, not just directing others
• Owning stock accuracy, inventory counts and warehouse housekeeping
• Recruiting, training and rostering additional warehouse staff as the team grows (currently planning to add one full-time and possibly one part-time picker/packer)
• Managing freight and carrier processes (we use Starshipit)
• Working within Shopify and Cin7 Core (or similar inventory/order management systems) for order fulfilment and stock control
• Flagging process or system issues early, before they cause stock or dispatch errors

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in B2C eCommerce warehousing. This is not a bulk freight or industrial warehouse environment, order volume and pick accuracy at the individual parcel level matters
• Comfortable managing stock and orders across more than one product range or online store
• Experience with Shopify, Cin7 Core, Starshipit or similar platforms
• A genuine hands-on operator, happy to pick and pack yourself day to day, not just supervise
• Some experience recruiting, training or leading a small team, or ready to step into that
• Well organised, process-driven, and comfortable setting up systems rather than just following them
• Reliable and looking for a long-term role, this is a small, growing operation and we want someone who wants to grow with it

What's on offer

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + super, based on experience (negotiable for candidates with strong Cin7 Core / Starshipit systems experience)
• The chance to build a warehouse operation from scratch and shape how it runs
• Room to grow as the team and order volume increase
• Full time, Monday to Friday, based on-site in Windsor

Note: this is a small, hands-on operation, expect to be picking and packing yourself most days, including once the team grows. This is not a purely supervisory role.
