Job summary

Lucent Globe is a Brisbane-based consumer products brand seeking a Warehouse Manager to own the end-to-end warehouse operation. You will lead the team, drive throughput, manage stock, and uphold high standards to support rapid growth.

You’ll be responsible for stock admin in Cin7/WMS, SOPs, KPI reporting, OH&S compliance, and forklift safety, while continually implementing improvements and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a warehouse operation.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong OH&S knowledge and retail compliance experience.
• Clear communicator who brings solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse team; set expectations and conduct reviews.
• Own rostering across standard, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
• Manage the warehouse floor: layout, inbound, pick/pack, dispatch, returns.
• Write and maintain warehouse SOPs; ensure adherence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to raise speed and accuracy.
• Receive inbound stock in Cin7/WMS; process transfers and adjustments.
• Oversee CHEP pallet account and print SSCC labels.
• Own warehouse KPIs and weekly reporting to Head of Operations.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and forklift safety; manage licensing.

Are you a hands‑on warehouse leader who can run a fast‑moving operation, develop a team, and own the result?

Lucent Globe is an Australian consumer products brand growing fast across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and major retailers including Woolworths, Coles and Chemist Warehouse.

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our Brisbane warehouse. You'll be the most senior person on the floor, leading the warehouse team, owning operational performance and efficiency, managing all stock admin and systems, and driving the kind of standards that let the business keep scaling without breaking.

What you’ll be doing

Team leadership

• Lead and develop the warehouse team — set expectations, run reviews, and build a culture that takes standards seriously
• Own all rostering across standard, afternoon, and weekend shifts
• Run performance reviews and build development plans for every team member

Running the operation

• Own the warehouse floor — layout, pick locations, inbound, pick/pack, dispatch, and returns
• Manage order allocation to pack stations and drive daily throughput targets
• Own all warehouse SOPs — write them, keep them current, and make sure the team follows them
• Identify and implement process improvements that make the operation faster and more accurate

Admin and stock management

• Order and manage all warehouse consumables — packaging materials, labels, tape, safety equipment
• Receipt inbound stock in Cin7/WMS, process stock transfers and adjustments
• Manage the CHEP pallet account
• Print SSCC labels for retail dispatch runs and coordinate recycling and rubbish pickups
• Own all warehouse filing and paperwork — delivery dockets, packing slips, and records

KPIs and reporting

• Own and record all warehouse KPIs — pick accuracy, inbound receipting, dispatch on‑time rate
• Review and report weekly to the Head of Operations

Health, safety and compliance

• Own OH&S compliance — safety checks, records, and escalation
• Manage forklift safety and licensing for the team
• Ensure all outbound retail orders meet compliance requirements

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years managing a warehouse operation
• Hands‑on leader
• Systems‑comfortable — experience with WMS or inventory management software (Cin7 and Starshipit is a bonus but not required)
• Solid OH&S knowledge and ideally experience with retail compliance requirements
• Forklift licence, or willing to get one
• Clear communicator who brings solutions
