Job summary

Natural Floorcoverings Australia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator based in our Eastgardens warehouse, Sydney. You will connect sales, production, warehousing and installation teams to ensure orders are completed on time and to our high standards.

The role involves coordinating daily warehouse activities, stock management and production scheduling, with focus on organisation and workflow efficiency across multiple showroom locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of a small warehouse and production team.
• Oversee preparation and production of custom rugs and stock orders.
• Schedule and coordinate transfers between showroom locations.
• Organise customer deliveries and installation logistics.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clear records using internal systems.
• Liaise with sales to prioritise work and manage schedules.
• Assist with container unloads and general warehouse ops.
