Job summary

Coastal Midwest Transport in Perth is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse / Forklift Driver to support our busy operations.

This full-time role covers safe forklift operation, loading and unloading, stock control, and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation, with overtime at penalty rates and an immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift LF licence is required.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.

Coastal Midwest Transport is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse / Forklift Driver to join our Perth team. This hands-on role is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of freight, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring deliveries are prepared and dispatched on time. Plenty of overtime if desired at penalty rates

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

Load and unload vehicles accurately

Pick, pack, and prepare freight for dispatch

Receive and inspect incoming goods

Assist with inventory control and stocktake

Maintain accurate warehouse documentation

Ensure freight is stored safely and correctly

Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety procedures

Work closely with drivers, customers, and team members to meet operational requirements

About You

Current Forklift Licence (LF)

Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred

Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
