Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM start (8‑10 hour shift)
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM start (8‑10 hour shift)

About the Role:

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement and management of goods within our warehouse. This role requires a current forklift licence and significant experience operating high reach forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
• Operate high reach forklifts to move items in and out of storage areas, trucks, and other vehicles.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing stock counts and updating records.
• Receive and check incoming stock for damage, discrepancies, and proper labeling.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.
• Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols to minimise accidents and injuries.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and heavy lifting.
