Job summary

Centurion Transport in the Central corridor is seeking experienced drivers to join our logistics team. You will operate high reach trucks and forklifts, handle pick packing for mining freight, and ensure loads are secured and dispatched on time.

The role prefers a current LF forklift licence and SAP/WMS familiarity, with strong safety and customer service mindset. We offer reliable weekly pay, a modern fleet, 24/7 driver support, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally operate a high reach truck/forklift up to 6m high.
• Occasionally operate a forklift (2.5T-16T counterbalance) to load/unload freight safely.
• Pick packing of general mining freight/equipment.
• Secure and restrain loads as per load restraint guide.
• Enter data into SAP and/or WMS systems.
• Ensure all scanning is accurate and complete for all freight.
• Guarantee freight is loaded to meet scheduled vehicle departures.
• Prepare outgoing freight ensuring goods are secured for dispatch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Occasionally operate a high reach truck/forklift, up to 6m high
• Occasionally operating a forklift (2.5T-16T counterbalance) to load and unload freight in a safe and timely manner
• Pick packing of general mining freight/equipment
• Secure and restrain all loads in a safe manner as per the load restraint guide
• Enter data into our SAP and/or WMS computer system
• Ensuring all scanning is accurate and complete for all freight
• Guaranteeing freight is loaded in time to meet scheduled vehicle departure times
• Preparation of outgoing freight ensuring that goods are secured and packed correctly for dispatch

What You’ll Bring

• Current Forklift Licence (LF) - desired but not essential
• Preferred experience with general freight or warehousing
• Computer literacy and previous SAP/WMS experience (preferred)
• Preferred RF or Zebra scanner experience / preferred scanning experience
• Ability to take direction from management and supervisors
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and RIPPA values
