Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to coordinate stock movements between the state warehouse, national operations, clinics and agents. You will manage end-to-end stock movements, update ERP, and assist in delivery runs while ensuring stock availability and safety compliance.

The role requires experience in logistics or warehouse settings, a safety focus and strong computer skills. Forklift license is ideal but not required, with training support available.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, logistical or warehouse environments.
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow safety instructions.
• Computer literacy with common office software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock movements between warehouse, clinics and agents.
• Update the Company ERP with stock movements and delivery records.
• Organise and manage end-to-end stock movements in and out of the warehouse.
• Support in creating delivery runs and ensuring stock availability.
• Perform stock takes and QA of equipment as required.
• Adhere to policies, safety requirements and company procedures.
