Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking a Warehouse Assistant on a 6-month casual assignment at our Sydney Northern Beaches facility. You will pick and pack customer orders, prepare goods for dispatch and support stock receiving while maintaining accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role suits someone active with strong attention to detail, able to work on-site and commit to a short-term assignment with potential to extend. Experience in healthcare logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or wider healthcare industry would be advantageous.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail is a must have.
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet most of the day.
• Ability to commit to a casual assignment and immediate start.
• Good communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Prepare goods for dispatch.
• Support receiving and check incoming stock.
• Complete stock rotation and checks.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Work within temperature-controlled areas.
• Perform manual handling up to 15kg.

About the opportunity

An opportunity is available for a Warehouse Assistant to join the team for a 6-month casual assignment, with potential to extend. You will primarily support the team with picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, along with general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being active and takes pride in accuracy.
