Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support a remote site in Queensland on a FIFO 7 days on / 7 days off roster. You will own warehousing and inventory, ensuring goods are receipted, stored and dispatched safely and accurately.

This role emphasizes safety, structure and accountability in a remote camp environment. You will operate forklifts (licence preferred), maintain inventory records, and contribute to a reliable supply chain while working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or stores in industrial/mining/remote environments.
• Comfortable with FIFO and structured camp setting.
• Able to complete documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Managing receipting, storage and dispatch of goods to meet site demand.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Picking, packing and preparing freight documentation including SDS registers where required.
• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment where licensed.
• Maintaining warehouse layout, stock integrity and compliance standards.
• Upholding strong safety practices and reporting hazards or incidents.

Warehouse Coordinator - FIFO

DeltaFM is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support one of our remote sites in QLD. This is a fly in fly out role 7 days on 7days off, offering long term security, structured rosters and the opportunity to work within a well-established contract environment.

Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services in some of Australia’s most beautiful but least hospitable locations. We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done, and doing it safely.

About the Role

You will take ownership of all warehousing and inventory functions on site, ensuring materials are received, stored and dispatched accurately and safely. This role is suited to someone who values structure, safety and accountability in a remote environment.

Your responsibilities will include

• Forklift licence highly regarded
• Strong focus on safety and team collaboration
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of your area
