Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking 3 x Full time Maintenance Electricians to join our remote site operations across WA on a 2:2 roster or 2:1 roster, with ongoing casual positions also available. You will maintain electrical systems supporting accommodation facilities, kitchens, recreational areas and non-process infrastructure.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will diagnose faults, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, and ensure work complies with safety and licensing

Formación

• Current unrestricted Electrical Licence relevant to the state of work.
• CPR and LVR certification.
• White Card.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across village and non-process infrastructure electrical systems.
• Diagnosing faults, isolating equipment, testing systems and completing repairs safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring all work complies with isolation procedures, permit systems and LVR requirements.
• Conducting inspections and maintaining electrical assets to a high standard.
• Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests within required timeframes.
• Working with HVAC, plumbing and painting teams.
• Contributing to a positive safety culture and stopping unsafe work.
• Participating in on-call and call-out requirements where applicable.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across village and non-process infrastructure electrical systems
• Diagnosing faults, isolating equipment, testing systems and completing repairs safely and efficiently
• Ensuring all work complies with isolation procedures, permit systems and LVR requirements
• Conducting inspections and maintaining electrical assets to a high standard
• Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests within required timeframes
• Working collaboratively with other trades including HVAC, plumbing and painting teams
• Contributing to a positive safety culture where everyone is empowered to speak up and stop unsafe work
• Participating in on-call and call-out requirements where applicable

THE PERSON

To be successful, you will possess:

• Current unrestricted Electrical Licence relevant to the state of work (or be actively working towards obtaining recognition)
• Current CPR and LVR certification
• White Card
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality workmanship
• Experience in remote camp, facilities maintenance, industrial or commercial environments highly regarded
• Ability to work FIFO from designated airports or DIDO where applicable
