Job summary

Delta Facilities Management (DeltaFM) is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead warehousing, inventory control and dispatch on a remote FIFO site in Queensland. You will work 7 days on, 7 days off, in a structured camp environment, focusing on safety, accuracy and efficient material flow.

Key duties include receipting, storage, stock control, forklift operations (licence preferred) and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics or stores in an industrial, mining or remote environment
• Comfortable working FIFO and in a structured camp setting
• Confident using inventory systems and completing documentation accurately
• Forklift licence highly regarded
• Strong focus on safety and team collaboration
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of your area

Responsibilities

• Managing receipting, storage and dispatch of goods to meet site demand
• Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Picking, packing and preparing freight documentation including SDS registers where required
• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment where licensed
• Maintaining warehouse layout, stock integrity and compliance standards
• Upholding strong safety practices and reporting hazards or incidents
