Job summary

Delta FM is seeking a FIFO Refrigeration Technician to support remote Accommodation/NPI sites and on-site facilities management in a 14/14 roster. The role includes preventive and reactive maintenance, diagnostics, and assisting other trades, with on-site training provided.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted ARCTICK Licence, SA Electrical Licence (or working towards), a valid C Class Driver Licence and White Card, plus CPR/LVR and police checks within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted ARCTICK Licence.
• SA Restricted Electrical Licence (or working towards).
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card.
• CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months.
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening.
• Living in SA and able to FIFO from Adelaide Airport.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and diagnostics on remote Accommodation/NPI sites (Housing Units, Kitchens, Dining, Laundry, Offices).
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and assist other trades.
• On-site training provided; on-call and other allowances may apply.

Due to growth on site and the opening of a new Village, DeltaFM and BHP Olympic Dam are looking for 3 FIFO NPI Maintenance Refrigeration Technicians on Full Time permanent 14&14 Rosters. FIFO from Adelaide Airport or DIDO options available for locals in Roxby & nearby areas.

THE POSITION

• Working on remote Accommodation/NPI including Housing Units, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings 1 to 2 stories, etc.
• Splits, Ducted, Water Coolers, Ice Machines etc. On-Site Training Provided
• Preventative & reactive maintenance, Diagnostics & Fault finding, assisting other trades
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call, Call Outs, Higher Duties, Leading Hand, Annual Retention Bonus

THE PERSON:

• Unrestricted ARCTICK Licence
• SA Restricted Electrical Licence (or working towards)
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
• CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
