Position Summary

We are seekingexperienced Warehouse Coordinators to support our warehouse operations, with one position focused on automotive parts or on 3C products (computers, communications and consumer electronics) and small-item fulfilment.

These roles combine hands‑on warehouse operations with daily floor coordination, inventory control, workforce planning and performance monitoring. You will help ensure goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately, safely and efficiently.

Candidates must have at least two years of warehouse floor management experience, a valid forklift licence and practical forklift operating skills. Experience in automotive parts or 3C products and small-item warehousing is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations across receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch;
• Organise daily tasks and labour allocation according to order volumes, operational priorities and available capacity;
• Perform hands‑on warehouse duties, including forklift operation, to support daily operational requirements;
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory transactions, stock movements and accurate operational records;
• Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and follow through on corrective actions;
• Monitor labour productivity, throughput, working hours and operational KPIs, using Excel to prepare reports and identify improvement opportunities;
• Support warehouse layout planning, storage location allocation and stock organisation to improve space utilisation and workflow;
• Implement and maintain 5S standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs);
• Identify and resolve operational issues, investigate root causes and track corrective actions through to completion;
• Communicate effectively with customers, labour hire teams and internal departments to coordinate requirements and resolve issues;
• Maintain a safe and organised workplace, support safety inspections and audits, and follow up on identified actions;
• Contribute to continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, productivity, service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of warehouse floor management experience, with a strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes;
• Experience in automotive parts warehousing or 3C products and small-item fulfilment is highly regarded;
• A valid forklift licence and demonstrated practical forklift operating skills are essential;
• Sound knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory control and stock replenishment processes;
• Experience using a WMS and maintaining accurate inventory and operational data;
• Ability to independently use Excel for basic operational analysis and reporting;
• Experience monitoring and managing labour productivity, capacity, working hours and KPIs;
• Practical experience in warehouse floor planning, 5S implementation and the application of SOPs and WIs;
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow issues through to resolution;
• Effective communication skills, including coordination with customers, outsourced teams and internal stakeholders;
• A responsible, proactive and detail‑oriented approach, with strong organisational and teamwork skills;
• Experience supporting workplace safety management, inspections or audits is highly regarded;
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
