Qualificações

• Two years of warehouse floor management experience.
• Forklift licence and practical forklift operating skills.
• Experience in automotive parts or 3C products and small-item warehousing is highly regarded.
• Experience using a WMS and maintaining accurate inventory and operational data.
• Able to use Excel for basic operational analysis and reporting.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
• Experience supporting workplace safety initiatives is valued.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations across receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Organise daily tasks and labour allocation according to order volumes and priorities.
• Perform forklift duties to support daily operations.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory transactions.
• Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts and follow up on discrepancies.
• Monitor labour productivity and KPIs and prepare reports in Excel.
• Support layout planning and 5S implementation to improve space utilisation.
• Maintain 5S standards, SOPs and WIs and resolve operational issues.
