Australian Agricultural Minerals Pty Ltd – Toowoomba QLD is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our Toowoomba team. This hands-on role covers the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, while working closely with our sales team and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

You will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and take ownership of getting tasks done while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse or logistics experience is required.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Competent in using inventory and warehouse management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and on the phone.

• Run daily warehouse operations.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our Toowoomba team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, while also working closely with our sales team and customers to make sure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, and comfortable dealing with warehouse and administrative tasks and customer service. You will need to be able to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly and take ownership of getting things done.

What you’ll be doing:

• Run daily warehouse operations
• Coordinate dispatch, deliveries and customer pickups
• Process sales orders and warehouse transactions using company software programs
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Conduct stocktakes and investigates discrepancies
• Support customers with product selection, orders and stock availability enquiries
• Coordinate transport and freight requirements
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures and FAMI-Qs/Feed safe requirements
• Actively promote the company's products, building customer & supplier relationships and identifying opportunities to grow sales
• Drive continuous improvement by adhering to warehouse procedures and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity and accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean, appropriately stocked and organised warehouse

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous hands-on warehouse or logistics experience
• Is highly organised, strong attention to detail and can prioritise competing demands
• Has great communication and customer service skills in person and on the phone
• Is competent using inventory/order management software
• Demonstrates initiative, works effectively independently, and can collaborate closely with a wider team
• Demonstrates a customer and sales-focused mindset, taking ownership of order accuracy and following through on commitments
• Is committed to learning our products, systems and procedures, and applies this knowledge to deliver value for customers and support business growth.

Requirements:

• Current Forklift Licence is essential
• Experience using inventory and warehouse management software
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Knowledge of compliance and workplace health and safety practices
• Experience coordinating transport providers to ensure efficient, cost-effective and on-time dispatch of customer orders
• Experience in agricultural, mining, construction, quarrying, manufacturing or related industries would be beneficial, but is not essential.
