Job summary

Evolve Scientific is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support our Melbourne-based supply chain operations. You will manage day-to-day material flow, storage, and dispatch, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse performance.

You will operate forklifts, assist production teams, and maintain accurate inventory through cycles counts and ERP-based transactions. A GMP background and rigorous safety mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Forklift Licence and safe operation are essential.
• Experience in GMP environments is highly regarded.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety and OHS requirements.
• Experience with inventory control, stock management and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to receive, move, store and dispatch goods.
• Pick, pack, and load/unload products.
• Support production teams with timely movement of materials.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure stock is stored, labelled and controlled.
• Prepare shipments and support logistics activities.
• Process warehouse transactions through ERP systems.
• Handle dangerous goods in accordance with safety requirements.
• Maintain GMP standards and warehouse housekeeping.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join their Supply Chain team.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day movement, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods, ensuring operations run efficiently and safely.

Reporting to the Supply Chain team, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating forklifts to receive, move, store and dispatch goods
• Picking, packing, loading and unloading products
• Supporting production teams with the timely movement of materials
• Performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ensuring stock is correctly stored, labelled and controlled
• Preparing shipments and supporting logistics activities
• Processing warehouse transactions through ERP systems
• Handling dangerous goods in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and GMP standards

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

• A current Forklift Licence with strong operating experience
• Previous experience working within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is highly regarded
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or stores environment
• Previous experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
