Job summary

Findstaff is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator for a full-time role in Sydney. You will accurately pick customer orders, replenish stock using a high reach forklift, and ensure items are ready for dispatch in line with FIFO/FEFO and WMS requirements.

The shift runs 7:00am–3:00pm with overtime opportunities, in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work within a safety-focused, collaborative team that supports employee development and recognises accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence is essential.
• Proven High Reach Forklift experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and inventory control.
• Understanding of FIFO and FEFO processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using slips, RF scanners and WMS.
• Verify product codes, quantities, descriptions and batch numbers.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO stock rotation procedures.
• Identify and report stock shortages, damaged goods and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure orders are complete and ready for packing and dispatch.
• Safely operate a High Reach Forklift to retrieve and replenish stock.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a High Reach Forklift to retrieve and replenish stock from warehouse racking
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Proven High Reach Forklift experience
• Previous warehouse picking and replenishment experience
• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Understanding of FIFO and inventory management processes
• Ability to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong safety focus and team-oriented attitude
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
