Job summary

IDT Australia Limited in Boronia (Melbourne area) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to support our busy pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

This hands-on role focuses on safe and timely handling of raw materials, DGs and finished goods, and collaboration with Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on warehouse experience in manufacturing/pharma/regulated industries.
• Current forklift licence with regular operating experience.
• Experience handling dangerous goods safely.
• Understanding of stock control, inventory systems and workplace safety.
• Flexible, proactive team player with minimal supervision.
• Experience in GMP environments and ERP systems such as SAP will be highly regarded.
• Applicants must reside in Melbourne or surrounding area and have working rights in Australia.

Job description

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

IDT Australia is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support our busy pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Boronia.

This is not simply a forklift driving role. We need someone who understands the demands of a manufacturing environment, where the safe and timely movement of raw materials, dangerous goods and finished products is critical to keeping production running.

Working as part of our Supply Chain team, you will support warehouse operations, inventory control and the movement of materials across a large, active manufacturing site.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on warehouse experience, ideally within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical or another regulated industry.
• Current forklift licence with proven, regular operating experience – holding a licence alone is not sufficient.
• Experience safely handling, storing and moving dangerous goods.
• Sound understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, inventory systems and workplace safety.
• An agile, flexible mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, respond to production requirements and manage competing demands.
• A practical, reliable team player who takes ownership, shows initiative and works confidently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in GMP environments and ERP systems such as SAP will be highly regarded.

• Currently reside in Melbourne or the local surrounding area and be available to work onsite in Boronia.
• Hold a current forklift licence and demonstrate practical operating competency.

• Be willing to undertake a national police check and pre-employment medical assessment as part of the recruitment process.
