Job summary

Lorna Jane is seeking four Warehouse Coordinators for the Eagle Farm Distribution Centre on a 12-week fixed-term contract, handling stock returned from stores within our seasonal cycle.

This high-volume, process-driven role requires accuracy and consistency as you follow set procedures, with shifts from 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is preferred.

Warehouse Coordinator – 12 Week Maximum Term Contract (4 positions)

The Role

We're looking for 4 Warehouse Coordinators to join our Eagle Farm Distribution Centre on a 12 week fixed term contract, processing stock returned from our stores as part of our seasonal range cycle.

This is a structured, high-volume processing role. You'll follow set procedures with precision, doing the same core tasks accurately and consistently for the full length of the contract.

It suits someone with a processing or fulfilment background who takes pride in getting the details right, shift after shift.

Hours are available between 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

• Process returned stock accurately and in line with set procedures and KPIs.
• Sort, check and put away stock to the correct location.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined, repeatable stock handling.
• Follow operational processes precisely, including timesheets and shift requirements.
• Work consistently as part of a team held to a high standard.
• Complete all required e-learnings and communications promptly.

Who You Are

• Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work and don't lose focus on the details.
• Reliable and punctual, with the consistency to see a fixed term contract through to the end.
• Ideally you will have experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or stock processing environment.
• Accountable without being asked, and a positive presence on the floor.
• Steady under pressure, even when the pace picks up.
