Job summary

Lorna Jane in Eagle Farm Distribution Centre, Brisbane, is seeking an Inbound Dispatch Coordinator who will manage inbound/outbound workflows, forklift operations, and delivery verification to keep stock moving accurately.

Experience in warehouse logistics, a current forklift licence, and carrier liaison skills are essential. You’ll train teammates and may lead during supervisor absence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries with external carriers to avoid delays.
• Prioritise urgent shipments to stores or customers with proper labelling.
• Assist with manual container unloading and organize pallets.
• Maintain stock records using PVX and other warehouse systems.
• Support and help train team members, stepping in as lead when needed.
• Follow all SOPs for dock operations, stock handling, and safety.

The Role

We're looking for an Inbound Dispatch Coordinator to join our Eagle Farm Distribution Centre, playing a critical role in the safe, accurate and timely movement of inventory through our warehouse.

This role covers both inbound and outbound workflows — loading and unloading trucks, verifying deliveries, coordinating dispatch priorities with internal teams, and supporting manual container unloads. You'll help keep our dock running smoothly and stock moving quickly and correctly through the supply chain, with the opportunity to step into a lead role when required.

It suits someone with warehouse or logistics experience who's confident on a forklift, comfortable liaising with external carriers, and ready to grow into a leadership-capable team member.

What You'll Do

• Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks at the delivery dock, including forklift operation.
• Check, count, verify and sign for all inbound and outbound deliveries against documentation.
• Complete delivery and dispatch paperwork accurately, in line with system and carrier requirements.
• Liaise directly with external carriers to coordinate deliveries, pickups and resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Prioritise and prepare urgent shipments to stores or customers, ensuring labelling and packaging accuracy.
• Support manual unloading of containers, including bulk and cartonised freight, and organise pallets and staging zones.
• Keep stock records accurate using PVX and other warehouse management systems.
• Support and help train team members, and act as lead during supervisor absence.
• Follow all SOPs relating to dock operations, stock handling, systems and workplace safety.

• Holds a current Forklift Licence, with experience in inbound or outbound warehouse operations in a high-volume environment and a strong understanding of carrier processes and transport documentation.
