Job summary

Fulfillio is a fast-growing Australian 3PL delivering end-to-end warehousing, fulfilment and distribution. We are hiring a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our Dispatch team in a full-time role and help ensure orders are picked, packed, checked and dispatched accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will support daily operations, meet dispatch deadlines, and contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Training and onboarding are provided as part of our documented process.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Willing and able to lift up to 20kg.
• Basic computer and scanner skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness before leaving the warehouse.
• Prepare dispatch paperwork, labels and consignment notes.
• Load and unload goods safely when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised dispatch area.
• Meet daily dispatch deadlines and productivity targets.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our Dispatch team. This role is a full-time position that plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our customer orders are picked, packed, checked and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness before leaving the warehouse.
• Prepare dispatch paperwork, labels and consignment notes.
• Load and unload goods safely when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised dispatch area.

About You

• Willing and able to lift furniture pieces up to 20kg.
• Basic computer and scanner skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential (if applicable)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and support different areas if needed.
