Responsibilities

• Process inbound stock, returns and store transfers.
• Assist with sorting new arrivals with Leading Hands.
• Investigate and resolve stock issues to keep operations smooth.
• Stock checks, order packing and warehouse upkeep.
• Support wider team as needed on a daily basis.
• Handle returns, refunds, exchanges and faulty products.
• Coordinate with online team to resolve delivery issues.
• Act as liaison between warehouse and digital teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping process inbound stock, returns, and store transfers like a pro.

Working closely with our Leading Hands to get new arrivals sorted fast.

Investigating and resolving stock issues to keep things running smoothly.

Rolling up your sleeves for stock checks, order packing, andwarehouseupkeep.

Jumping in where needed to support the wider team - every day is different!

The Customer Service Twist

Handle returns, refunds, exchanges and the occasional faulty product like a champ.

Work with our online team to solve customer delivery issues and keep service sharp.

Be the go‑to for communication betweenwarehouseand digital teams.

Who You Are

A strong written and verbal communicator with solid people skills.

Detail-oriented and organised, but still adaptable when the pace picks up.

Reliable, switched on, and ready to grow your skills in a high‑energy setting.

Experience in customer service or logistics is great, but we’re also keen on attitude and willingness to learn.

Ideally you'd have:

• Forklift license (reach forklift use would be an advantage)
• Previous WMS experience (preferred but not essential)
• Basic computer skills (Excel)
• Picking and Despatch of orders
• Physical fitness (able to lift up to 13kgs)
• Loading and Unloading trucks/containers
• Current Victorian Drivers License and reliable transport
• Understanding of health and safety in the workplace
• 1+ years ofwarehouseexperience
