Job summary

Protecta Group is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant / Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our Eagle Farm, QLD operations team. You will pick/pack orders, manage stock, load/unload vehicles and occasionally deliver to customer sites.

A safety-first mindset and team spirit are essential. Role offers permanent full-time employment, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime, RDOs, and participation in our bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, including pick and pack.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Ability to safely perform manual handling and physical warehouse tasks.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to be part of a team.
• NetSuite experience is highly regarded.
• Power tools experience in warehouse/production environments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Hands-on problem solving attitude.
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, check and put away incoming stock.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
• Deliver products to customer sites when required.
• Complete stock checks, cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Follow all WHS policies, procedures and safe work practices.
• Assist the wider warehouse team with general duties and day-to-day tasks.
• Provide friendly and professional service when dealing with customers and deliveries.
• Identify and report stock, safety or operational issues when they arise.

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team in Eagle Farm, QLD.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll play an important part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include picking and packing customer orders, receiving and managing stock, loading and unloading vehicles, and delivering products to customers when required.

We're looking for someone who is organised, safety-focused and takes pride in their work. You'll be a valued part of the warehouse team, so a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in and get the job done are essential.
