Job summary

BreatheSafe is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily stock flow and order processing in Carole Park, Ipswich. The role involves picking, packing and shipping preparation, forklift operation, and maintaining safe warehouse practices.

You should have warehouse experience, a current forklift licence, and familiarity with NetSuite WMS and handheld scanners. This is a hands-on, on-site position requiring reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking or packing role.
• A current forklift licence (mandatory).
• Confidence using warehouse systems and handheld scanners; NetSuite WMS experience is beneficial.
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Reliability, teamwork and a willingness to get involved in all areas of warehouse work.
• Willingness to complete reference and police checks and a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using Zebra scanners and NetSuite WMS.
• Pack, label and palletise orders for dispatch.
• Unload containers and store stock.
• Prepare orders and documentation for shipping, including freight booking when required.
• Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Operate a forklift and maintain a safe, organised warehouse.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Carole Park.

About the role

This is a hands-on role supporting the daily flow of stock and customer orders through our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking orders using Zebra scanners and NetSuite WMS
• Packing, labelling and palletising orders for dispatch
• Unloading containers and putting away stock
• Preparing orders and documentation for shipping, with some freight booking as required
• Assisting with stock replenishment, cycle counts and stocktakes
• Operating a forklift and maintaining a safe, organised warehouse

Hours of work

• Monday to Thursday: 6.30am–3.45pm
• Every second Friday: 6.30am–12.30pm
• Enjoy every second Friday off as part of a nine-day fortnight

Hours may occasionally change to meet business needs, including during stocktake periods.
