Job summary

CENDRÉ is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations at Nerang, Gold Coast. You will help ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, contributing to brand quality with every shipment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. This full-time/casual role offers hands-on duties and opportunities to contribute to wholesale shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, pick/pack, or stock beneficial.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Able to lift cartons and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare wholesale orders for dispatch.
• Ensure every order is packed beautifully and in line with CENDRÉ standards.
• Process shipping labels and prepare outgoing parcels.
• Assist with high-volume dispatch periods, launches and promotional events.
• Complete final checks to ensure products, quantities and customer details are correct.
• Receive and unpack incoming stock deliveries.
• Assist with counting, checking and putting away new stock.
• Replenish picking locations throughout the day.
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts.

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant supports the day-to-day running of the CENDRÉ warehouse, helping ensure customer and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly and understands that the small details matter. From beautifully packing a customer's first CENDRÉ order to preparing larger wholesale shipments, you'll play an important part in making sure every order leaving our warehouse represents the standard of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare wholesale orders for dispatch
• Ensure every order is packed beautifully and in line with CENDRÉ standards

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, retail or stock experience, although this isn't essential
