Job summary

Festival Clothing is seeking a friendly Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant to support our Narangba warehouse and assist wholesale customers. The role combines packing orders with service on the phone and in person, in a small family-run team.

The position offers regular casual shifts, staff clothing discounts, and training across warehouse and customer service processes. You’ll need to be reliable, detail oriented and comfortable using computer systems.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Reliable, organised and detail oriented.
• Able to learn new systems and work with computers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• physically capable of lifting cartons and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Picking, checking and packing wholesale clothing orders.
• Preparing orders for freight and customer collection.
• Unpacking, checking and organising incoming shipments.
• Processing customer payments.
• Assisting wholesale customers over the phone and in person.
• Responding to general product and order enquiries.
• Replenishing stock and keeping the warehouse organised.
• Helping with stocktakes and general warehouse duties.
• Using computer systems to locate products and update orders.

Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant – Wholesale Fashion

Festival Clothing | Narangba, Brisbane
Casual – approximately 2 shifts per week

Festival Clothing is a small, family-run wholesale clothing business supplying bohemian, resort and casual fashion to retailers across Australia.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on person to join our team at our Narangba warehouse. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with customer service, so we need someone who is just as comfortable packing orders as they are speaking with customers.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, checking and packing wholesale clothing orders
• Preparing orders for freight and customer collection
• Unpacking, checking and organising incoming shipments
• Processing customer payments
• Assisting wholesale customers over the phone and in person
• Responding to general product and order enquiries
• Replenishing stock and keeping the warehouse organised
• Helping with stocktakes and general warehouse duties
• Using our computer systems to locate products and update orders

About you

• Physically capable of lifting cartons and working on your feet
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods
• Interested in clothing, fashion or wholesale
• Located close to Narangba or able to travel reliably to work

Previous warehouse, retail, customer service or order-packing experience would be helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
