Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd in Ballina, NSW is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support operations within the warehouse, adhering to WHS policies. The role offers casual hours (Thu-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm), training, and a supportive team environment with employee discounts and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will load/unload deliveries, operate forklifts, pick and pack orders for dispatch, and help maintain an efficient, safe warehouse. Reporting to the Customer Service & Operations Manager - Ballina.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial warehouse preferred but not essential
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures
• Approachable, friendly to colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively multi-task

Responsibilities

• Load/unload delivery vehicles manually and forklift-assisted
• Operate forklifts and equipment to move and store stock
• Maintain an organised warehouse and clean products at times
• Assembling equipment ready for delivery
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch

About The Role

Hours: Casual position, Thursday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
