Job summary

Aidacare is seeking a Delivery Driver/Storeperson to reliably deliver equipment to customers in Hervey Bay and support warehousing tasks. The role runs Monday–Friday, full time, with reporting to the PC Manager.

The successful candidate will have a current driver’s license, be physically fit for lifting, and ready to complete checks as needed. Training is provided and benefits include staff discounts and an incentive scheme.

Qualifications

• Must have a current drivers license.
• Physically able to carry heavy items and follow manual handling procedures.
• Be approachable, friendly and professional at all times.
• Willing to provide/obtain relevant background checks (e.g., police checks/NDIS).

Responsibilities

• Be flexible and undertake deliveries or warehouse duties as required.
• Load/unload delivery vehicles manually and forklift-assisted.
• Assemble and assist with equipment.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
• Maintain and clean products in warehouse.
• Assist with stock control and purchase orders.

In this role you would ensure the delivery of AidacareEquipment is delivered directly to our customers at theirs addresses. To alsosupport effective operations within the warehouse.

Role Title: Delivery Driver/Storeperson

Location: Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia

Hours: Monday –Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: PC Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a driver orin a warehouse preferred but not essential
• Must have a current drivers license
• Physically fit and able to carryheavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures
• Approachable, friendly andprofessional at all times
• Willingness to provide/obtainrelevant checks due to interaction with our clients (e.g.: Police checks/NDISWorker Screening check)
