Job summary

Aidacare is seeking an Outbound Manager to oversee picking, packing and dispatch in our Moorebank distribution centre. You will lead a small team to ensure accurate orders, on-time dispatch, and safe, efficient outbound operations.

The role requires experience in warehouse/ DC outbound processes, proficiency with WMS/ERP systems, and strong communication. Forklift licence and CoR familiarity are desirable. Monday–Friday, full-time permanent position in NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations with outbound exposure.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a hands-on environment.
• Strong organisational skills for fast-paced DC operations.
• Proficient with WMS/ERP systems and basic MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail in order picking, packing, documentation and system transactions.
• Effective communication with warehouse staff, procurement and transport.
• Forklift licence and understanding of WHS/CoR requirements (desirable).

Responsibilities

About The Role

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations, with exposure to outbound processes.


• Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a hands-

  paced DC.


• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and basic MS Office (Excel, Outlook).


• Attention to detail in picking/packing orders, documentation, and system transactions.


• Effective communication skills for working with warehouse staff, procurement, and transport teams.


• Forklift licence and sound understanding of WHS/CoR requirements (desirable).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure team members follow WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and site safety requirements.


• Print and allocate orders for picking, ensuring workloads are balanced across the team.


• Conduct toolbox talks, equipment checks, and enforce PPE and manual handling standards.


• Manage returns and rework of outbound goods where required.


• Monitor outbound performance and proactively resolve issues to meet DIFOT and delivery commitments.


• Lead and coach a small team of warehouse staff, providing guidance on tasks and standards.
