Aidacare is seeking a Supervisor - Hire in Moorebank, NSW to lead the day-to-day Hire Warehouse team, ensuring safe processing of hire equipment, accuracy in inventory, and on-time dispatch. You will coordinate workload, manage orders, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in warehousing/operations.
• Proficient with warehouse computer systems.
• Ability to analyse situations and improve processes.
• History of safety regulation compliance and hazard management.
• Forklift Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Hire Warehouse activities including cleaning, receipt, putaway, maintenance, QA, test & tag and dispatch.
• Coordinate workload and team activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Manage hire orders and related administration.
• Maintain inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, on-spec dispatch of equipment.
• Maintain safe work practices and safety compliance.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Outbound Manager.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in Supervisor role in warehousing and operations in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
• Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions and improve internal processes
• History of compliance with safety regulations and hazard management in a warehouse setting
• Forklift Licence essential

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Hire Warehouse activities, including cleaning, receipt, putaway, maintenance, quality assurance, test & tag and dispatch.
• Coordinate workload and team activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Manage hire orders and associated administration.
• Maintain effective inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Ensure equipment is dispatched on time, in full and to required quality/specification.
• Maintain safe work practices and compliance with warehouse and safety procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Outbound Manager.
