Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant at our Ballina site in New South Wales, Australia. This casual role supports efficient warehouse operations, with training and uniform provided.

Work is Thursday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, reporting to the Customer Service & Operations Manager in Ballina. The ideal candidate will have warehouse exposure, be physically capable of manual handling, and enjoy a collaborative team environment with strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial warehouse preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures.
• Approachable, friendly to colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload delivery vehicles manually and forklift-assisted.
• Operate forklifts and equipment to move and store stock.
• Maintain an organised warehouse and clean products at times.
• Assembling equipment ready for delivery.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
