Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a hands‑on role involving warehouse duties, customer service, stock management, warehouse maintenance and occasional deliveries. This role provides opportunity to advance your experience and career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing Orders: Picking and packing orders, preparing them for delivery or pickup.
• Purchasing & Inventory: Help manage stock levels, assist with purchase orders and check that orders received are correct.
• General Operations Support: Support day‑to‑day operations and work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintaining the warehouse floor and ensuring that cleanliness is upkept.
• Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers with over the counter sales and enquiries.

Requirements:

• A valid NSW driving licence and a good driving record
• A valid forklift licence is preferred
• Experience in a warehouse, factory, trade or construction environment will be highly regarded
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
