Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd in Moorebank, NSW is seeking an Administrator - Inbound Operations to support storage and distribution. You will work with warehouse and inbound teams, providing customer service and multitasking support.

Ideal candidates have organised, can manage time, and communicate well; previous warehouse/admin experience is preferred. The role is full-time, on-site, with training and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or admin role preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock control and purchase orders.
• Prepare and manifest run sheets, invoices and outgoing paperwork, as well as registration and processing of all picking tickets so all orders are taken care of.
• Follow through on orders, arrange new deliveries as required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to deliver seamless customer service.

About The Role

Essential Skills & Qualifications
