Millstone Group Pty Ltd in Allora, Queensland, is hiring a Warehouse and Feed Mill Manufacturing Assistant to support the manufacture and dispatch of animal feed products. This hands-on role works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will join a reliable, team-oriented workforce and have opportunities for long-term growth. The role requires a current Forklift Licence and a valid driver's licence, with training provided to operate

Warehouse and Feed Mill Manufacturing Assistant

Millstone Group is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of packaged stockfeeds based in Allora, Queensland. We supply a wide range of quality feed products to rural stores throughout Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse and Feed Mill Manufacturing Assistant to join our team in Allora. This hands-on role supports the manufacture and dispatch of animal feed products while maintaining our high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacture and dispatch of animal feed products
• Support production activities to achieve daily output targets
• Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment safely
• Handle raw materials and finished products efficiently
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Monitor and maintain stock levels
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace
• Follow all safety, hygiene, GMP and HACCP requirements
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to support daily operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site

About you

You will ideally possess:

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Previous experience in manufacturing, feed production or food production (preferred)
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 20kg
