Millstone Group Pty Ltd in Allora, Queensland, is hiring a Warehouse and Feed Mill Manufacturing Assistant to support the manufacture and dispatch of animal feed products. This hands-on role works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will join a reliable, team-oriented workforce and have opportunities for long-term growth. The role requires a current Forklift Licence and a valid driver's licence, with training provided to operate

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (essential).
• Driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Experience in manufacturing or feed production.
• Ability to perform manual tasks up to 20 kg.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacture and dispatch of animal feed products.
• Support production to achieve daily output targets.
• Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment safely.
• Handle raw materials and finished products efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to meet specifications.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace.
• Follow safety, GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to support daily operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
