Job summary

Craig Mostyn Group, through Patmore Feeds, seeks a motivated Mill Operator to join our Cuballing, WA production team on a full-time basis with rotating shifts.

You will assist daily production, support safe plant operation, handle materials, and perform sampling and QA checks, contributing to a hygienic, high-performing site and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Forklift and telehandler operation is required.
• Ability to perform general labouring and cleaning to maintain hygiene.
• Competent in QA sampling and basic testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist mill operators with daily production processes.
• Support safe/efficient operation of plant and equipment.
• Operate forklifts and telehandlers as required.
• Assist/operate raw material intake, handling, and storage processes.
• Assist/operate finished product out-loading and dispatch processes.
• Conduct sampling and basic testing of raw materials and finished feed.
• Perform routine quality checks (moisture, pellet quality, visual inspections).
• Maintain QA documentation for traceability and compliance.
• Carry out routine cleaning, housekeeping, and general labouring.
• Collaborate with all operational team members.

Patmore Feeds is seeking a motivated Mill Operator who is available to work on rotating shifts to join our production team on a full-time basis in Cuballing, Western Australia.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Assisting mill operators with daily production processes.
