Job summary

OZ Design Furniture Pty Limited in Welshpool, Perth WA, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Administration Manager to oversee daily warehouse and admin operations. You will lead a warehouse team, manage inventory, and coordinate local deliveries to support our Perth stores and customers.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will drive safety, efficiency and customer-focused service while developing staff and streamlining processes across warehouse and administration functions.

Responsibilities

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Administration Manager to join our Perth team and play a key role in supporting our warehouse and logistics operations.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse and administration operations at our Welshpool facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing people, inventory, transport, warehouse processes and administration while ensuring the operation remains safe, efficient and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation and team.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse and administration staff.
• Plan and coordinate picking, receiving, dispatch and stock transfers.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and effective use of warehouse space.
• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, performance and labour costs.
• Coordinate local deliveries, collections and transfers.
• Manage the local DI truck, including servicing, maintenance and utilisation.
• Oversee warehouse administration, including backorders, invoicing, reports, credits, RAs and stock returns.
• Provide support to stores, Customer Care and internal departments.
• Coordinate home delivery administration and follow-up requirements.
• Ensure a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
• Provide operational coverage and support during staff absences.
