Job summary

Harvey Norman Casula is seeking a warehouse administration clerk to join their team. This entry-level, 12-month fixed-term role focuses on stock accuracy, receiving processes, and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work under the Warehouse Manager, ensuring proper stock flow and adherence to stock management procedures while supporting the warehouse crew.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document oversupply and excess inventory.
• Record and communicate excess items to relevant departments.
• Post items received; ensure 10:30 cut-off and daily postings.
• Check delivery items and resolve posting discrepancies.
• Maintain filing and scan delivery dockets to creditors.
• Assist with receiving items and stock movements on the floor.
• Respond to emails from sales coordinators and suppliers.
• Undertake tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
