Job summary

Harvey Norman Casula Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Administration Clerk to provide customer-focused administrative support in stock receipt and dispatch. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and help ensure smooth stock flow, accurate postings, and compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in receipt and dispatch of merchandise.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify oversupply and document it.
• Record excess inventory and communicate findings.
• Collaborate to determine corrective actions for oversups.
• Complete posting of all items received (GP) by 10:30 cutoff.
• Ensure postings from previous day are finalised.
• Check OR numbers and delivery accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies and follow up on delivery dockets.
• Maintain filing and records; scan delivery dockets.
• Prepare documentation for posting with OR numbers.
• Assist in receiving transferred items and stock movements.
• Coordinate with other sites and promote warehouse collaboration.
• Support stock checks against WMS and GP.
