Job summary

Harvey Norman Casula Warehouse is seeking a motivated Warehouse Administration Clerk for a 12‑month fixed term contract. You will manage postings, stock control, and invoicing reports while ensuring accurate, timely data entry and strong customer service.

You will support the G.I.R team and collaborate with departments to maintain stock flow, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will contribute to smooth operations, scan and file documentation, and

Responsibilities

• Identify and document oversupply and ensure accurate recording.
• Post items received by 10:30 cut-off and finalise previous day postings.
• Check delivery contents, OR numbers, and RCT; resolve discrepancies.
• Scan delivery dockets, update barcodes, and file end-of-month records.
• Assist in receiving items and support warehouse crew to resolve issues.
